Looks like somebody has a case of the Monday's

I'm thankful that I have an intact spine, and so am able to walk upright, play, and do physical activity. But some days my spine hates me and decides there isn't enough pain in my life. Today is one of those days. Somehow in the course of a lunch meeting I managed to tweak my neck so badly I now have less than 90 degrees total rotation. Even staying still is highly uncomfortable. And since there is no money in my health savings account I won't be getting any medical attention... sorry mom and dad. This does happen a few times a year and resolves itself as suddenly as it appears so I'm not really concerned, but I do hate feeling 50 years older than I am.

I failed to have any breakfast this morning aside from a big cup of tea, even though I know that skipping breakfast is terrible. Lunch though, was lovely; I had half a roasted turkey and artichoke sandwich and a cup of tomato basil soup from Tremont House. What I ought to do for dinner is go home and make some veggies and eggs to go on top of leftover steamed rice. What I want to do is go out and have somebody make dinner for me.

Well, I can't just sit at my office desk all night, so I'm homeward bound. Eggs and rice it is.
