Tuesday & Wednesday munchies

Tuesday: oatmeal and coffee for breakfast, pasta salad (melted gorgonzola, toasted walnuts, peas, and chili oil) and water for lunch, and a frozen dinner + extra veggie pack for dinner. I had a serving of triscuits for a late night snack.

Wednesday: Kashi cereal and tea for breakfast, leftover pasta salad and tea for lunch, polenta with sausage, mushrooms, and grilled onions for dinner. I had two slices of cake for dessert. Coconut cake might be almost as good as strawberry cake.
